The encounter was captured by TikTok user @parceromn, an interviewer in Minnesota, who began by asking the man where he was from. "Cuba," replied the islander, before revealing with a smile that, like many of his compatriots in the area, he was "looking for a Mexican."

"What I'm seeking is stability, good things for my life because everything I've experienced has been bad," confessed the interviewee, describing himself as a faithful man who is "as calm as possible" when in a relationship.
