After creating a stir online with a fiery live broadcast from La Lisa in Havana, Cuban influencer La Cintumbare has once again spoken out. This time, she used her Instagram stories to deliver a pointed message to those who "act tough on social media."
In her post, the artist made it clear that she is no longer interested in seeking out conflicts or controversies but will not tolerate being provoked. "Now everyone says I don't have my own graveyard, that I don't stand up to anyone, that I'm a bully. I don't bother anyone, even though I have the guts to do so. I just don't like getting into trouble. Unfortunately, trouble always finds me," she expressed.
The singer criticized individuals who, in her view, "try to look good on social media but can't handle the pressure in real life." She added, "I've got sex appeal for them. Stop trying to act tough online and look good for others because when you get confronted, your attitude changes. It's not the same to call the devil as it is to see him coming."
She also warned that many who provoke her end up involving the police: "Then they call the police because they get scared. That's why I ignore those barking at me online because I know the police are the end game."
With a defiant tone, La Cintumbare made it clear that she is now focused on a different path: "Let me go, my life has changed. I'm not about that backwardness or negative environment anymore. I lived through that, and it never gave me anything."
She emphasized that she has always been respectful unless someone directly provokes her: "I respect everyone. You've never seen me disrespect anyone unless they deserved it. Don't test my strength. If you don't like trouble, don't get involved."
This recent episode comes just days after her intense live session from La Lisa, where she reminded her detractors that while she no longer lives there, her roots remain strong. "Here in La Lisa, no one can disrespect me," she stated, reminding them that she is now in Cuba, not the United States, where she can confront them directly.
