Cuban Reggaeton Artist Chocolate MC Faces $1,200 Demand for Trashing Apartment and Leaving Behind Belongings, Including His Dog

A young Cuban man named Remsi has publicly accused reggaeton artist Yosvani Arismín Sierra Hernández, better known as Chocolate MC, after lending him his apartment in Houston, Texas, only to find it in a disastrous state. Through a series of videos shared on social media, Remsi showcased the deplorable condition of the apartment: filth everywhere, dog feces on the floor, the musician's clothes scattered, garbage strewn about, and even the artist's dog, which was allegedly abandoned on the premises.

"I lent this apartment to Yosvani, to Chocolate, and look at how he left it. Look at his dog here, he left it. Look, his shoes, all those clothes are his," Remsi complained in a video, pointing out the damage. "If he doesn't come and pay me $1,220 for all this mess, I'm not giving him anything that's here," he added.

In another clip, Remsi explained that his original intention was to offer help: "It was a small issue, and sometimes things happen when you try to help people. I lent the apartment to this shameless guy, Chocolate, and look at how he left it: he broke a door, stole a music player, an expensive perfume worth nearly $200, and if I start counting, there might be more missing items."

The footage reveals the kitchen, bathroom, and other areas in a state of neglect, with disordered papers, broken items, and accumulated dirt. This situation has sparked outrage among social media users following the case, many of whom criticize the reggaeton artist's behavior.

So far, Chocolate MC, who has been detained in Miami since last week, has not made a public statement regarding this latest accusation.
