Cuban voices have been heard loud and clear, and Karol G took notice! The renowned artist shared a clip on her Instagram stories featuring Cuban singer Yayma Barrueto delivering her unique rendition of the popular track "Latina Foreva." In her version, Yayma ensures that Cuba's presence is felt in the rhythmic beat. "And the Cubans, what's up? Did you forget? No worries, I'm here to represent..." she sings with flair and style, captured joyfully by a poolside. This video has become a sensation across social media, particularly on TikTok, where it has amassed over 1.6 million views.

The buzz started when listeners pointed out that Karol G's original song mentioned several nationalities—Colombians, Venezuelans, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans—but left out the Cubans. In response, Yayma, alongside El Master, released their own version, celebrating Cuba with sugar, cane, and a lively beat.

Rather than taking offense, Karol G embraced the homage like a true queen, sharing the video on her stories and affirming that "Latina Foreva" is inclusive of all. Indeed, Cuba has joined the party! As the saying goes, if they're not invited, they’ll still make their presence known!

Yayma expressed her excitement, stating, "For me, this is huge; I still can't believe it," after seeing herself featured on the Bichota's stories. This marks a significant milestone for the young Cuban artist as she carves her path in the music industry with vibrant energy, positive vibes, and undeniable talent.
