First new U.S. airport gets go-ahead from Cuba

<p style="text-align: justify;">Tampa International Airport is poised to become the first of a series of additional U.S. airports that will be able to offer flights to Cuba. Miami-based ABC Charters, a company that has been offering flights from Miami to Cuba, has secured landing rights in Cuba for flights from Tampa, the airport said in a press release. WASHINGTON — Central Florida passengers will be able to visit Cuba without going through Miami or Fort Lauderdale airports because of a decision announced on Wednesday providing landing rights for nonstop flights from Tampa. Kerry lifts hold on cash promoting Cuba democracy
