Bartenders participate in the first international edition of the King of Daiquiri competition, organized by the Floridita Cuban bar, one of the American writer Ernest Hemingway´s favorite during his stay in Havana.
"We came here inspired by his figure," said the Cuban bartender Julio Alfredo Cabrera, who referred to Constante as the "father of Cuban cocktails" and left a cup of Papa Hemingway at the entrance of the grave of the legendary barman, who died in 1952 and is buried in the Colon Cemetery in Havana.
