At 9:40 pm  on Sunday, the New  York Cosmos soccer club landed at Jose Marti International Airport for a friendly match against the Cuban national team, next Tuesday.
The swarm of reporters and photographers gathered at Terminal 2 to see the arrival of the American club Cosmos  -well, actually,  to see the arrival of Raul Gonzalez Blanco and Pelé-  came out  dismayed half an hour later when both idols just showed themselves in the waiting room. Both the called Angel of Madrid and the legendary Pele descended the stairs of the airplane and led their steps immediately to the processing windows, properly guarded by  supporting staff.
