Pablo Milanés agrees with Yoani Sanchez's statements

July 4, 2011. Pablo Milanés, Cuban singer who once in a while gives his contradictory opinions on the Cuban government, has said he agrees with Yoani Sanchez's point of view when she said changes on the island are taking place not because of a political will but because of citizenship's boldness.

Yoani Sanchez had said "We are now a more informed and critical people, increasingly outlining not the daily causes but the system itself responsible for many of the economic material and political downturns we have gone through"

Then Pablo Milanes opinionated when being asked on such a statement, "Exactly, I think she is absolutely right, Yoany has been very coherent."

Yoani Sanchez thanked Pablo Milanés' words via Twitter where she said "Dear Pablo, your voice is heard loud and clear. I respect your music and courage. I want to hug you one day."

Pablo Milanés will begin a tour in August through U.S.A  and will sing in Miami for Cubans and non Cubans willing to see him at American Airlines Arena in Miami.
