Purchase price was $100,000 USD in cash and 84,746 Class A common shares of Leisure Canada ($0.13.5 x 84,746 = $11,440).

Therefore, total value of the purchase price for VisitCuba.com is $111,440.

The domain name will be developed and launched in early 2012 and will give Leisure Canada an online platform from which it will provide tourists and business travelers to Cuba with resources and information to assist them in making travel plans.

The new website will enable visitors to make Cuba hotel reservations, rent cars in Cuba, book specialty Cuban tours as well as provide online content to first time and returning travelers to Cuba.

CEO Robin Conners said “The opportunity for growth in the tourism sector is significant and VisitCuba.com fits perfectly with Leisure Canada’s current assets under development and with its broader growth strategy in Cuba.”

We congratulate Leisure Canada on the purchase of this world class domain name and look forward to seeing the new website when it is launched. Although Leisure Canada has never broken ground on any development project in Cuba we hope they will find Cuba website development to be easier than Cuba hotel and golf course development.
