Join us on a Cuban voyage of discovery! Spend 9 full days in Havana and a neighboring province.
Learn how a relatively poor country provides free healthcare for all its citizens, has become a pioneer in organic agriculture and sustainable development, is training thousands of young people from poor communities around the world, (including 122 from the US!) to be doctors, completely free of charge, at the internationally acclaimed Latin American School of Medicine.
Caravan participants with skills in construction, organic gardening or mural painting will be able to work alongside Cuban Counterparts for a couple of days, interchanging knowledge, skills and perspectives
Join the caravan in your city during July as we travel in school buses, trucks and cars along 13 different routes, visiting 130 US and Canadian cities.
At every stop we educate people about the US government's economic blockade of Cuba, while collecting construction supplies and tools, medical supplies and equipment, educational and cultural supplies, to be donated to our sisters and brothers in Cuba.
Or join us in Texas on July 18th as we prepare to travel to Cuba via Mexico, without asking for or accepting a US government license, as a disciplined collective challenge to the blockade and travel ban on US citizens visiting Cuba, and as ambassadors for a `people-to-people' foreign policy based in mutual respect.

An interreligius organzation, Pastors for Peace that demands elimination of the blockade against Cuba, will make the tour in school buses and cars through different routes.

They will also collect construction materials and tools, medical, teaching and cultural equipment for donations.
We hoped that the election of President Barack Obama would bring changes in many issues of United States policies, they said .
Among these was an end to the illegal, immoral and world wide condemnation of the economic blockade against Cuba, stated a report released.
However, the text recalls, a year has passed since Obama was elected and continue to "in force the main mechanisms" of this economic war that has lasted almost 50 years and outlived 10 presidents of the Union.
The note adds that there is still a severe restriction of sales of US product to Cuba since the sale of Cuban articles to the north "is absolutely forbidden."
The report also condemns the fact that the Island continues "in the list of nations that, allegedly support terrorism."
The members of the caravan will travel to Cuba via Mexico "as ambassadors of a foreign policy of persons based on mutual respect."
They will remain in the Caribbean nation until August 2 and return to the US "proud of our trip to Cuba and our opposition to the immoral blockade, the document concludes.
