New Portuguese tour operator TerraCuba will begin trips to Cuba
Spokespersons for local Publicitur said that TerraCuba Management Council President Eduardo Pinto Lopez referred to the use of 260-seat B767 planes of EuroAtlantic airline, chartered by Cubana de Aviacion, to carry tourists from northern Portugal and Galicia, Spain, where Havanatour has a representation.

These trips constitute a regular operation. However, due to organizational requirements, they will first be chartered.

Pinto Lopez added that the final objective of the agreement is to establish the largest Portuguese hotel group (Pestana) in Cuba by the time occupation of facilities is guaranteed.

Atlantic Holidays, a Pestana Group's tour agency based in the United Kingdom, is also expected to be involved in the operation, contributing 60 percent of clients.
