Artex has an interesting range of household goods, under the title 'Arte en Casa, which includes dinner sets, textiles, silk screens of works by renowned Cuban painters and curtains, among others, as well as the sales of books, souvenirs with different images of Cuba, CDs and DVDs, sound systems and musical instruments. As of this year, the agencys offer will also include live presentations by orchestras and groups.

Last February 25th, the 'Manolito Simonet y su Trabuco orchestra celebrated its 15th anniversary. On April 4th, José Luis Cortés and his orchestra 'NG La Banda celebrated their 20th anniversary. On April 8th, Leonel Limonta and 'Azúcar Negra marked their 10th anniversary of artistic work, while on July 11th, Pedrito Camacho and 'EL Clan will celebrate their 5th anniversary. On November 13th, Adalberto Alvarez will celebrate his 60th birthday and the 35th anniversary of his art, and on December 2nd, David Calzado and his 'Charanga Habanera will mark their 20th anniversary.

Also this year, the three musical agencies attached to Artex will celebrate new anniversaries. They include: Musicalia, on October 21st, (15 years); Clave Cubana, on November 13th (10 years) and BIS MUSIC, on December 22nd (15 years).
