Raul was informed of the construction advances being made by the combined forces of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Construction and the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
The president, along with Commander of the Revolution Juan Almeida Bosque, Army Corps General Ramón Espinosa Martín and Miguel Díaz Canel, all members of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba, exchanged opinions with the company leaders, as well as with Fidel Figueroa de la Paz, minister of construction and René Mesa Villafaña, president of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
