The proposal is sponsored by the Ernest Hemingway Department of the José Marti International Institute of Journalism in coordination with the Hemingway Museum and Ambos Mundos Hotel, to be celebrated April 1-3.
Some of the event's objectives are the exchange of experiences among journalists who cultivate the genre used by the US writer and researchers of the life and work of the author of "The Old Man and the Sea."
Among the topics are the work of the novelist, both literary and journalistic, and its influence.
All those interested, Cubans or foreigners, may participate by contacting the Jose Marti International Institute of Journalism, in downtown Vedado, Havana.
