The Five Anti-terrorist Cuban Fighters Held in US Prisons was the Focus of a Debate Held at the Madrid Ateneo Cultural Center.
The conference hall on Friday barely held the crowd for a screening of the documentary El Mayor Amor (The Greatest Love) and the launching of the book Cronica de un Silencio (A Chronicle of Silence), both about the case of these prisoners.

Among those present were writers Leonardo Urrutia, who made the documentary, and Carlos Fabretti, an Italian resident in Spain and member of the New York Academy of Science.

Also attending were Araceli Escudero, from the Free the Five Committee in Madrid for the release of Gerardo Hernandez, Antonio Guerrero, Rene Gonzalez, Ramon Labanino and Fernando Gonzalez.

There was an intensive debate about irregularities and violations committed by US authorities since their arrest nearly 10 years ago.
