The program of the event includes theoretical debates, listening of programs coming from municipal radio stations, as well as Lectures about Community Radio and exchange of experiences among young radiomen from different province of the country.

As part of the work sessions it will be carried out a chat with Isabel Viera, specialist in Community Radio of the Office of the UNESCO in Cuba, and they will be given to know investigations and reports on the treatment of different thematic in the municipal radio stations of recent creation in the country.

The participants in this event will exchange with the population of several Popular Council of Yaguajay in order to know the impact of the local radio station and the projects of music of the Association Saíz Brothers of the Sancti Spíritus province will be presented.

In the Third National Event The radio in the community the biggest collection of old radios that exists in the country will also be presented, which belongs to Armando Campo Martín from this municipality who stores almost one hundred equipments of dissimilar marks and models, some of them in perfect technical conditions.
