The 19th National Meeting of Soneros Groups will be held from November 7 to 11 at Mayari town, in Holguin Province.

This event will gather in this oriental city some of the most outstanding cultivators of this genre along the entire country and for the first time, some Mexican and Venezuelan bands will be invited.

This edition, devoted to the 80th creation anniversary of Ignacio Piñeiro Septet, will have the attendance of los Van Van, de Juan Formell, which will be honored, Adalberto Álvarez y su Son, Pupy y los que Son Son, Manolito Simonet y su trabuco, Yumurí y sus Hermanos, Cándido Fabré and his Band, Caribe Girls and La Original de Manzanillo, among others, including Septet Mayanabo, Son de Nipe Group and some others of the region.
