Cuban pitcher Yoslan Herrera has signed a 3-year, free agent contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said Herrera, 25, will be given a signing bonus of $750,000 and salaries of $380,000, $390,000 and $400,000.
