A new agricultural net, to face health disasters in animals and plants, is available in Cuban universities and research centers, it was reported in this capital on Monday.

Dr. Maria Irian Percedo, coordinator of that page, told Granma newspaper the information responds to priorities of the island s Civil Defense, sponsoring entity of the system along with the Higher Education Ministry.

With over 300 national users among institutes and labs linked to this issue, this network allows to establish forums of discussions on several exotic diseases and required quarantine measures.
