Obtiene Cuba variedad de arroz biofortificada

Cuba presentará en abril y mayo próximos la primera variedad de arroz obtenida en esta isla mediante la técnica de biofortificación, la cual permite mejorar el contenido de hierro y otros nutrientes en la planta, anunciaron hoy especialistas del sector.
