On December 28, after more than six weeks of a crisis that has brought thousands of Cubans to stay on Costa Rican soil, the country's Foreign Ministry issued an official statement announcing the agreement between Central American nations for the safe and ordered movement of Cuban migrants.
The decision, which involves the relocation of Cubans by air from Costa Rica to El Salvador and then by bus to Mexico will take place with a pilot plan, through which next January 8 the first 250 Cubans will leave Costa Rican soil.
This is the route that will make Cubans to leave Costa Rica.
