Resource Travel Editor-In-Chief Michael Bonocore spent a day with Che Pando at his home studio in Vedado neighborhood, where a constant lineup of young Cubans flood through the front door looking for a little artwork on their bodies. Trying to make a living as a tattoo artist in Cuba hasn't always been easy, as even today, the legality of tattoos is a very gray area.
