Paraguay sends new ambassador to Havana

Bernardino Cano Radil is the new ambassador of Paraguay in Cuba.
Soon, the diplomat will travel to Havana to present his credentials to President Raul Castro and thus take office, which was appointed by the government of Horacio Cartes, current president.
