A new Internet portal will serve as a bridge between the group of LGBTI in Cuba and all the news related to them and their interests. The new site of the Cuban Foundation for LGBTI Human Rights will keep informed of all Internet activities related to their work.
As presented on the site itself, the primary objective of this independent nongovernmental organization founded on May 17, 2014 and currently with 15 members, is "closer to the LGBTI community of Cuba, it wants to raise their voice and guide, support and denounce acts that violate the rights of these people."
It seeks to serve as an instrument of denunciation of acts of exclusion and discrimination. Also it develops an outreach and promotion activities and a serious educational efforts regarding the transmission of disease and knowledge of rights.
