Leinier Domínguez is in fifth place in the Chess Grand Prix

Leinier Dominguez finished the eighth round of chess Grand Prix Tbilisi ranking fifth in the standings, led by Russian Evgeny Tomashevsky.
From the capital of Georgia organizers reported that the Cuban (2726 Elo) signed tables with Russian Dmitry Jakovenko (2733) and shows four units.
Now up to half of the table with two units less than those exhibited by the Tomashevsky leader (2716), winner against Frenchman Maxime Vachier-Lagrave (2775).
As co-location of Leinier appear with the same four stripes local Baduur Jobava (2696), the Azerbaijani Shakriyar Mamedyarov (2759) and the Dutch Anish Giri (2797).
Tomorrow will be day for all and Wednesday Tomashevsky-Kasimdzhanov, Grischuk-Leinier, Andreikin-Radjabov, Jobava-Vachier, Jakovenko-Svidler and Mamedyarov-Giri will face.
