Buena Vista Social Club sang in Havana celebrating the New Year

The iconic musical group Buena Vista Social Club, was presented on December 26 along with other important artists in the capital's theater Lázaro Peña, to celebrate the end of the year.
Pancho Amat and his Cabildo del Son, the Entrevoces choir directed by Digna Guerra, as well as Havana Compass Dance Company, accompanied this excellent group on stage, to form a gala that began right at eight-thirty night.
In addition to these guests, also arrived solo Sapphires and Beatriz Márquez, said Leyva Anneris Ivette García, communications director of the Ministry of Culture.
Other concerts and presentations will remain in theaters these days, to mark the advent of the New Year.
