With an evening of music for all the senses, opened Wednesday in Havana 30 edition of the International Festival Jazz Plaza, an appointment to enjoy the best of the genre in Cuba and the region.

The Mella Theatre hosted a golden moment in concert starring Bobby Carcasses and son Robertico who gathered on stage to a luxury cast composed of Zenaida Romeu and her Camerata, among other artists.

With a song dedicated to the King of Rhythm, Benny Moré started the recital, seduced by that unique ability to understand the Latin Jazz sounds of various latitudes.

Along with the Camerata Romeu, Carcassés played the classic theme Caravana a rumba version between violins, brass, percussion, bass and flute American Andrea Brachfeld, raised the public.

Before ending the concert with the presentation of pianist Rolando Luna, were delivered distinctions XXX Anniversary transcendental personalities and institutions in the life of this festival in Cuba.

For today's session, the Jazz Plaza program another jewel of young genre in the island, with the presentation of Mother Earth Project, led by saxophonist Michel Herrera in the Mella.

In other places such as the Casa de la Cultura Plaza and Cuban Art Factory, groups like Climax, Ruy López-Nussa and the Academy and Magic Sax Quartet will present, among others.
