Dramatic accident claims the lives of 3 people and injured 64

On Thursday morning a truck passenger ran off the highway from Havana to Pinar del Río in the vicinity of 95 km, resulting in a terrible accident that killed 3 people and injured 64.
The wounded received medical care at a clinic in Los Palacios, and more than 30 were taken to the General Hospital Abel Santamaria Cuadrado, the provincial capital. There are receiving "specialized surgical care, orthopedic and neurosurgery," said Dr. Andres Villar Bahamonde, director of the institution. Three of the injured are in delicate condition, endangering his life.
The deceased are named José Manuel González Reyes (The neighbor Guásimas, Mantua), Roberto Pérez Rodríguez (Sierra Maestra, Los Palacios) and Julio Reyes Elier Sotolongo (25 years, central José Martí, San Cristobal).
