Cuba will be held in Congress on Information

Cuba was announced at the completion of the XII International Congress of Information,'' Info 2012 for the coming 16 to 20 April by the governing center of this area, the Institute for Scientific and Technological Information (IDICT), which is subordinated to Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of Cuba.
At the same time hosting the Ninth International Workshop on Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management in Enterprises, IntEmpres'2012, to be held at the Palace of Conventions in Havana, said the announcement.
It is also envisaged the VI International Workshop on Qualitative and Quantitative Studies of Science and Technology "Gilberto Sotolongo Aguilar," Second Forum of Open Access to Information, II Round Table "Libraries and information services in digital environment."
A new edition of the Forum on Sovereignty and Informational Technology, Information Management and Knowledge and information services in the XXI century.
There will also be an associated exhibition, which will encourage the exhibition and promotion of products related to these issues, the report said.
The IDICT is considered a vital organization for the development, responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of needs for access to information for decision making, especially in priority sectors of the country with the generation of products and services.
