The document mentions that the sharing production contract with Cuban oil company was signed by the Angolan Mateus de Brito, Sonangol EP administrator, on behalf of Sonangol Researching and Production, and Rafael Luís Arias Batista, deputy president and director general of Commercial Cupet S.A.

The ceremony was witnessed by the CEO of Sonangol E.P, Manuel Vicente, and other high officials of the Angolan company, as well as members of Cuban government.
