According to the Weekly Newsletter of the Cuban Tourism Ministry, the new five-star all-inclusive Melia Buenavista hotel has 105 rooms and it will be the fourth facility of this kind managed by the Spanish company in Cayo Santa Maria, where every hotel has been designed in harmony with the natural and virgin environment and beaches of white sands and pristine waters.

There, in the biggest islet of this archipelago, the Spanish hotel chain already has three five-star facilities: Meliá Cayo Santa María, Las Dunas and Sol Cayo Santa María.

With an accommodation capacity of 10,343 rooms, Sol Melia manages 20 hotels in Cuba: three in Havana; eight in Varadero; three in Cayo Coco; and one in Cayo Guillermo, Cayo Largo del Sur, and in the eastern provinces of Holguin and Santiago de Cuba.
