MIAMI HERALD. November 21, 2010. Ricardo Alarcón de Quesada, president of the Cuban National Assembly, on Sunday began a visit to China, Prensa Latina reported.

He will begin his tour in the southwestern city of Chongqing, where he will meet the local Communist Party leader, Bo Xilai, and other officials, the news agency said.

On Wednesday, he will meet in Beijing with members of the national government,the Communist Party of China and his Chinese counterpart, Wu Bangguo, who was in Cuba in September 2009.

Wu, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National Peoples Congress and member of the Communist Party Politburo, met at that time with Cuban leader Fidel Castro. Posted by Renato Perez at 10:56 AM
