The talent, training and richness of style Cuban painters is impressing the Malaysian specialized audience in the 4th International Art Exhibit.

The public is enjoying the creations of Cuban artists together with works from China, Ecuador, Argentina, Singapore, Philippines and Japan, among others.

Carlos Amores, Cuban Ambassador in Malaysia, highlighted the variety of generations that defend the Cuban art's reflexive character and genuine identity.

Malaysian Tourism Minister James Dawos Mamit was impressed by the works by Cuban painters Agustín Villafaña, Eduardo Potrillé, Jesus Nodarse, Israel Matos, Yuri Santana and Nestor Martinez.

Amores confirmed to Prensa Latina that the Cuban exhibit was well received, with a lot of compliments paid to the Cuban artists and their development.

The exhibit is an initiative of local City Art Gallery and counts with the support of the Malaysian Tourism Ministry. In June, another Cuban artistic sample called "Reflejos de Cuba" (Cuban Reflections) was shown in the city of Malaca, with works by artists like Nelson Dominguez, Noel Guzman, William Hernandez, Enrique Báster, Angel Ramirez and others.
