Open Letter to the People of the Caribbean, Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves

Ralph E. Gonsalves, Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, has published an Open Letter to the People of the Caribbean protesting a U.S.destabilization effort against his government.

When St. Vincent and the Grenadines joined the ALBA Alliance and estalished closer ties with Cuba, Venezuela, and other Indo-Latin American anti-imperialist goverments, Gonsalves knew his country would end up in Washington's crosshairs.
