SANTIAGO DE CUBA, Cuba, Jul 5 (acn) At 3.06 PM this Monday a 4.7 degrees in the Richter scale earthquake was felt in the Cuban city of Santiago de Cuba, and throughout all the Cuban eastern region.
The epicenter was located at 19.93 North, 75.38 West, southeast of the town of Baconao at a 10-kilometer depth and there are no reports of human or material losses as of yet.
The Cuban National Center of Seismologic Research is at the moment analizing all the data gathered by their equipment at the different stations in the Cuban east.
