Alicia Alonso, the great lady of the Cuban dance will be the main star of the Iberian American Cultural Autumn (OCIB, after its initials in Spanish), as part of the tributes she is receiving all over the world in honor of her 90 birth date.

According to the organizers of the OCIB, for three consecutive days, the cities of Seville and Huelva will pay a tribute "not only for her 90 years, but also for having dedicate them to dance, teaching and also to try to improve the advance, the promotion and the diffusion of the Iberian American culture".

In Seville, the dancer will receive the heat of the public at the Maestranza, next 10 of October. On the 12 of October the Great Theatre of Huelva will receive the show of the young ballet of Cámara de Madrid.

The event, organized by the Caja Rural del Sur Foundation and the Alicia Alonso Dance Foundation, will have also other first figures of the classic dance and flamenco.
