A bronze bust of Fidel Castro will be unveiled this week in Caracas, outside the National Assembly building, announced Gerson Pérez, a leader of the ruling PSUV, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela.

According to the Venezuelan newspaper El Nacional, the bust, the work of six sculptors, will be unveiled Thursday or Friday to mark the 49th anniversary of the failed Bay of Pigs invasion on April 17, 1961.
