The gala, organized on the occasion of the XIX International Book Fair of Havana, will include classics such as Nutcracker, Le Corsaire, Spartacus and Giselle, sources from the BNC said.
Among the visiting dancers are Elena Andrienko, Ruslan Skvorsto, Ana Antonicheva, Dimitri Belogolovstsev, Galina and Vladimir Stepanka Neporozhni.
It will be a combination of styles and schools, a harmonious dialogue between such prominent Russian and Cuban figures, among which stand out Anette Delgado, Sadaise Arencibia, Viengsay Valdes, Javier Torres and Elier Bourzac, all belonging to the company ran by the prima ballerina assoluta Alicia Alonso.
After three decades of absence, the Bolshoi returns to Havana, becoming the second world-renowned company that comes to Cuban scenarios in less than a year, preceded by the British Royal Ballet.
