Cuba, Guest of Honor in French tourism fair

The XI Loisiroscope International Exhibition and III Salon Seniors, were inaugurated on Friday in Dijon, France, with the assistance of many personalities and Cuba as a guest of honor.

Both tourism promoting events have aimed this year at promoting leisure travel to the island nation with strong representation at the Fair, especially its Havanatour offices, Cubana de Aviacion and Soleil.

   On this day, present at the Cuban stand were Ela Ramos, general manager of the Bismusic Company and Angel Arcos, Industry deputy director at the Ministry of Culture, reported Prensa Latina news agency.

Also attending the opening events were Orlando Requeijo, Cuban ambassador to France, Francois Sauvadet, general chairman of the region of Cote d Or; Rebramen Francois, mayor of Dijon, as well as other French officials linked to the so-called smokeless industry.
