In statements made to Prensa Latina, Angel Rodriguez, director of the Clubs in the Cuban province of Villa Clara, talked about the intention to share the Cuban experience with Latin American countries.
Cuba has 600 clubs, spread in communities of the 169 municipalities of the island.
"We pretend that the new technologies reach everybody, no matter how far they are living," he said.
He remembered the first Young Computer Club was founded in 1987 by Cuban Revolution leader Fidel Castro Ruz.
Carlos Manuel Ortega, director of the Young Clubs in Havana, said these institutions include blind people, deaf, disabled people to these activities and have increased activities for elderly people.
