hosted next year in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.

President of the Olympic Committee of Cuba (COC), Jose Ramon Fernandez, said that they also requested an "equal" access to the needed visas to enter that country.
Puerto Rico is a free associated state of U. S., so the visas to enter Puerto Rico are issued by U. S., which has restriction policy towards Cuba since almost 50 years ago.
