In Matanzas, Cuba Slave Route Museum Opens

During his stay in Matanzas, Joseph Yai, who is also the Permanent Representative before UNESCO of the Republic of Benin, will tour the historic center of the city and the Office of the Triumvirate.
The UNESCO high official will also visit Old Havana, the House of Africa and the Museum of Guanabacoa, in the Cuban capital.
His agenda includes meetings with representatives of the International Film School, the Center for Studies on Africa and the Middle East, the Yoruba Association of Cuba, the Union of Cuban Writers and Artists, the National Museum of Fine Arts
and the Latin American School of Medicine in Havana.
