Presented by First Secretary of the Cuban Embassy in Timor Leste, Arsenio Lesmes, the documentary reflecting human rights situation in Cuba got very favourable reception by the audience, which exchanged views with Ambassador Ramon Hernandez.

Those present included first president of the republic Xavier de Amaral, who proclaimed national independence, as well as representatives of state and government, organizations, institutions and students from the National University.

A declaration of the Havana delegation about results of the UN Human Rights Council Universal Periodic Review was released during the screening of the film.
