The edition of a South African and Cuban poetry book gave its first steps during an interview between the Cuban ambassador here, Angel Villa and the president of the Association of South African Writers, Morakabe Raks Seakhoa.
This was one of the main themes dealt with by Villa and Raks Seakhoa, even though the conversation also dealt with other possibilities of cultural collaboration.
The poetry book will also be part of the tributes that will take place in this African country on behalf of the fiftieth anniversary of the Cuban Revolution and the fifteenth anniversary of the diplomatic relationships between the two countries.
Villa and Raks Seakhoa will deal with a joint plan of exchange between writers and artists from both nations, within a cultural agreement negotiated by the Cuban and South African Governments.
