US documentary filmmaker Estela Bravo Happy for Toronto Top Award
The jury, presided over by also director of the festival Daniel Arazabal, travelled to Cuba to give the award personally to Bravo, who is attending the 30th Havana International Festival of New Latin American Cinema.

Irrazabal said Bravo´s work about the search for children kidnapped under military dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983) has "undisputable values that contribute to preserve historical memory."

"Quien Soy Yo?" highlights the significance of the struggle waged for over 30 years by mothers and grandmas of Plaza de Mayo, whose persistence has rescued the identity of an entire generation of Argentinean youngsters. It is also the continuation of "Ninos Desaparecidos" (Missing Children), filmed in Argentina in 1984.

"I´m very happy with this Toronto best documentary award," Estela Bravo told Prensa Latina.
