Young Cubans create useful software to study History
The useful computerised program was created by the 14 years old students Argel Ernesto González and Andrés Rodríguez. They are students from the Mayor General Vicente García elementary school in Las Tunas city, about 690 kilometres east from Havana.

Resides consolidating and widening the knowledge about the events occurred in old times, the use of this digital product helps students and teachers to increase their IT abilities.

Titled "La era de los imperios" (The age of empires), the software allows the users to get inside in an enjoyable way into the old world which customs and social and economic characteristics are very distant in time from us and some times it is hard to understand for students with usual teaching methods.

Among other topics, this educational game helps the knowledge of the great civilisations that existed in remote times, its social regimes, conquer wars, Technologies and weapons they used.
