Among the nine long and short movies that are being presented to the public there are Solidaridad, Clandestinos, Elpidio Valdés, Páginas del Diario de Mauricio, Guantanamera and Fresa y Chocolate (Strawberry and Chocolate).
The First Festival of Cuban Cinema and Documentaries is took place as a tribute to the Cuban Culture Day until October 31, in the Avenida theater-cinema, from the capital of Mozambique. This Festival was promoted by the Association of friends and Sympathizers with Cuba in Mozambique, in coordination with the Cuban Embassy.
