Cuba graduated another group of 10,770 professionals in nursing and 10,829 in health technologies, in a field of increasingly excellent services.
Health Minister Jose Ramon Balaguer stated in a graduation of 1,412 of those specialists that although they have already worked in several institutions, those professionals have enriched their experiences with university studies.
Balaguer insisted on the importance for the country of the joint labor of important specialties like dentistry, medicine, nursing and technology.
The new graduates have been trained in polyclinics, hospitals, research institutions, blood banks, hygiene and epidemiology centers, and therapy and rehabilitation centers. Their mission is to promote health, heal and rehabilitate in and out of the country, Granma newspaper reports Tuesday.
