All the pieces selected for the exhibition will make up the permanent collection of the Museum of Olympic Fine Arts, and will tour the United States, Switzerland, Greece and several Chinese cities at the conclusion of the Games.

Engraver and craftsman Israel González has exhibited his work in art galleries in Spain, Uruguay, Canada, Norway, Italy, France, Holland and Germany.

The Organizing Committee of the Olympics, slated to begin on August 8, has prepared an excellent cultural program in which all artistic expressions —from music to dance— will be represented.

As it has been reported, the National Folkloric Ensemble is among the Cuban groups and artists specially invited for the opening ceremony and for other activities of the 29th Olympic Games.
