The best graduates were Mabel Guerrero in dance and Ricardo Céspedes in music. The later is the author of the theme song of the José Martí brigades.

In the graduation ceremony was recognized the work carried out by the teachers who contributed in the formation of new professionals and in coordinating the career in the municipality seats.

The moment was also opportune to pay tribute to Edith Aguilera, teacher of several generations of art instructors, who won the National Olga Alfonso award.

Most of the works follow the resizing of the artistic education in school centers and some are even approved to start its application, mainly in the reactivation of the traditions of popular culture and the social and cultural animation, such as the “Arte Joven” project of Karel Fonseca and Dixán Infante.
